I made a dentist appointment for today as I thought I had an infection turns out I have cold sores on my gums! It's pretty sore and irritating, got this mouthwash, which numbs it nicely, so that's good! I'm pretty shattered so I'm going to get an early night! The title is a play on the name of the mouthwash, benzydamine!
