Too Darn Hot

Physiotherapy this morning.  It helps.  For about an hour.

My appointment was just after 10 and I walked.  I got there and I was soaked with sweat - it takes 20 minutes to get there.  My lovely physio got me a towel and an ice pack.

It all timed out wonderfully for the bus back home.  But never underestimate the ingenuity of bus drivers to <very bad word> your day.

We were on the usual route when he doubled back (without any reason to). I got out at a bus stop that was exactly as far away from home as where I started.  The street where I had walk along has no shade from around 11 am. 15 minutes later and I was home and completely soaked with sweat. Again.

Summers here are getting hotter. 

As you can see from the little weather station at just after 2 it was nearly 30°C in the house and 35°C in the shade outside.  It will only get hotter.  Not easy for me.
