Craigendoran pier.

We had breakfast in the sunshine, overlooking the Clyde at a lovely wee cafe near Rhu. We then had a quick stop to take a photo of this decaying old pier.

We headed off to Dad’s house for the last time- a bit emotional as it’s where I spent most of my childhood until I went off to Uni. I may have written my name in the built in cupboard in my old bedroom….

We had a stop in Milngavie for lunch and an ice cream, then went to see Dad at the care home. We played some Perry Como songs to him- he seemed to really enjoy it.

Stopping off in Yorkshire again to visit my friend Sue.
