A bright warm day

A busy day of writing in the morning and Listening in the afternoon. A common theme - three elderly ladies struggling to cope with the loss of mobility, friends and grief. At least two responded to encouragement to begin to find new things they could do rather than grieving for the loss of things they cannot do.
