On the ferry between mainland BC and Vancouver Island. It's been a very very long day so will add to this tomorrow.

Update next morning. You don't need to read this... Arrived at Heathrow terminal 2 to check-in for the flights to Vancouver (via Munich - Lufthansa ticket). Find we're not showing on the flight so after queueing at the ticket counter we are given replacement tickets for flying with Air Canada via Calgary. Anyway it didn't make much difference to the elapsed time and we even managed to get an earlier ferry to Victoria.
