There is anecdotal evidence to say that you know you're old when you have to sit down to put your socks on.

We can add only speaking in vowels when you stand up - either "Aaaaa" or "Eeeee".  Sitting often elicits "Oooooo". "I-I-I-I-I-I" punctuates wrong movements.

I still have to find a use case for "U".

So I have cream for my back - still really sore.  And because I can't swallow tablets (my gag reflex kicks in and I just can't swallow them), I now have soluble painkillers.

Permanent pain is exhausting.
