Insect Week - Day 4

 Quite a hot day for me today.  I took my Aunt shopping this morning and then out for a coffee.

I was back at Trentham this afternoon to find an insect to photograph. I didn't see a single grasshopper in the same location on Monday. But I found a new shield bug for me, a Blue Shieldbug. This is actually the nymph. The adult is completely dark blue.

I've also added a female banded demoiselle damselfly and a Dock bug.

After all this outdoor activity, I completely flopped when I got home. I think a little too much sun and heat for me....
