Excessive heat & humidity stopped.....

....work today!  R has been cleaning out the gutters but it was just too much this afternoon.  He wants to get it done before the anticipated rain tomorrow though so maybe a bit later.  We have just stayed in and read most of the time.  S & E came by for a short time which was lovely.  

I tried to use the shears this morning.....not a good idea so that's another big NO at the moment!
