Red wing blackbird call

Today was a damp humid day, there was showers off and on for most of the day. I got out in the evening for a walk the sun was out and there was still a bit of light rain. I hoped to see a rainbow tonight but no luck. This red wing black bird has gotten to know me but still does not want to come to my hand. He did sit on a post close to me and called out.
