Neath Abbey, South Wales

Run of the mill sort of blip, but this place means a lot to me, so bit of a rant coming on.
Done a lot of conservation work on Neath Abbey as a stonemason, now I have responsibility for it as a property manager . Trouble is, I see total disrespect for heritage from young people ( not all obviously ) and spent time today with police discussing how you deal with broken bottles, bonfires, graffiti and destruction of historic fabric which can never be replaced to the detriment of people who love to enjoy it. Anybody have any answers ? On a postcard please. More money spent on security rather than making these places safe and attractive to visitors.
Anyway, first day of summer , yipee !!!
