Diary Blip (Saturday 24th June 2023)

This marks the day I first used the Pod Point charger to top-up Buzz. When it was installed I had to order the cable for it separately as it needed to be super long. In the meantime I had charged the car using an ordinary three-pin socket so, as the car was already fully charged I couldn't try out the Pod Point when the cable arrived.

Having done a few local runs I have now been able to put it through its paces. It was much faster and worked fine. It used 12.1kWh but I can't tell how much that cost me because a lot of the 7kW of power was drawn from my solar set-up and didn't cost anything.
