Caring For Books

The books in the Library at Hill of Tarvit are currently being cared for in a professional manner. 

During this process, where each page is examined much has been learned about the members of the family who lived here.

Some are prizes awarded at school. Many of the books have been read and are covered in annotations and amendments. The reader is disagreeing with the author.

Back home in our library, I am also caring for our books in the approved way. I can see this project taking some time.

I am also creating a catalogue of the collection. I have come across two copies of several books, the second copy being a gift given to me for some notable celebration.
