La vida de Annie

Zamenis scalaris.

The ladder snake is a non-venomous medium size snake endemic to southwestern Europe. It can be found all over Spain. This one was about a metre long. If it is threatened, the ladder snake will hiss and lunge forward with an open mouth. Do not try to pick it up or it will bite you and poop on you. And the smell is really bad, according to Google.
