R and R

Just a rest and relaxation day today. We found a lovely  beach nearby where we could sit. There’s been a cold wind today though and we had to sit in the shelter of the rocks. Not for long though I’m a bit wary of sunbathing too much. 
The area behind the beach was a protected nature reserve with nesting Kentish Plovers. Didn’t see any but you have to stick to the boardwalks to avoid damaging their eggs.
