Sunrise

We were up before sunrise to catch the early morning car ferry from Ithaca to Sami, Kefalonia (Greek Island). Driving past Mprosta Aetos Bay about 7am, just before the turning for the ferry port,  the sunrise was illuminating a yacht and I didn't have to wait long for a gull to fly into the frame!

The plane was an hour late taking off, but the oldest daughter and granddaughter Amelia were waiting at Bristol Airport to take us home, avoiding the unpopular (for most) Clean Air Zone. It was good to see them after four weeks away.
