Hang down your head

This first sunflower to bloom got beat up really bad by the monsoon rain we had the other day and still has not perked back up. The center has not completely opened as it should have but I am going to let it hang in hopes that it will still make seeds.

A really hot and humid day. The kind that makes you want to read and nap in the a/c!
