Cycle shoes with Shimano SPD cleats. One of the cleats has started slipping from the pedal when under pressure going up hills. At first I wondered if the pedals needed adjusting, but checking the cleats showed that they were well worn and need replaced. The soles of the shoes are similarly worn-out, so perhaps time to replace them with a similar back-up pair of shoes bought a while ago... if I can find them.
