I also feel the same about music.

I included the only Stephen King book I have read. Decades ago a coworker noticed that I always had a book and asked if I had read The Shinning. Since at the time I mostly read nonfiction (bios, Indian, Black and Women's Studies) and NEVER horror, I said no and had no interest whatsoever. He gave me a copy, asked me to read it and then discuss it with him.........couldn't read it at bedtime and still many bad dreams later I finished it and do admit it was engrossing.
