Shifting sands

I've often glimpsed this part of the estuary at Lady Syke, but with time to spare this morning I found a place to pull over and take a look.
Tbh the sands looked treacherous, so me and Missy didnt wander far. 

Millom went v well, more people than usual enjoyed a cooler walk with a nice breeze, and the post group talk, Ways to a Lift Your Mood, went well.
