Elgar

This life-sized bronze statue of Sir Edward Elgar with his Sunbeam bicycle by sculptor Jemma Pearson, was erected in Hereford Cathedral Close in September 2005. Sir Edward Elgar lived in Hereford from 1904 to 1911 and it was there that he composed some of his finest work.
