Parkrun

SATURDAY

I tried out the Greenfield Valley Parkrun at Holywell this morning. It's downhill on the way out but a 2 km uphill slog back to the finish. I completed the run in 29m 36 sec and finished in 25th position.

This afternoon we went to a Strawberry Tea garden party at Cefn Du which is a large house on the outskirts of the village. The event, hosted by June and Dennis, raised funds for the St Kentigern Hospice.
