Courgette Flower

A rather soggy day today - drizzle mostly, but ,annoyingly, a bit much to get out anywhere.

I did brave a few minutes in the garden and photographed this fabulous courgette flower - it was just a bud yesterday! There appear to be quite a few other flowers developing too.

A handheld ten shot focus stack, processed in Affinity and finished in Lightroom.

We had a nice meal out last night for our granddaughter’s birthday - she really enjoyed it and especially the ‘Hedwig’ cake that our daughter had made! Most of her presents and decorations were Harry Potter themed - that is her favourite thing at the moment having read all of the books to herself!
