Point and Shoot

Hidden Gem

The Tai Pan restaurant in Liverpool was still closed, so we had  noodles at the very unpretentious San's Cafe nearby. There were lots of variations on bacon/sausage/eggs/beans and a selection of Chinese dishes clearly suited to local tastes. In a largely desolate dockside area with curiously abandoned rubbish on the pavement, the cafe was brightly painted and has well tended plant pots outside.
