In the Moment

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, that's why it's the present'  (author unknown). A quote read out by our yoga teacher last week.

This is another of my poppy field photos (taken using 'Intentional Camera Movement').  I find 'living in the moment' difficult sometimes, my mind is always wandering off to the past or the future, or it's distracted by what's going on around me.  However, the early morning hour I spent with my camera in this poppy field was a time of calm and tranquility.
