Vale of Clwyd

MONDAY

An overcast start to the day. I headed out in my new On running shoes out of the village to the A55 and then down the hill through Rhuallt, along the valley through Waen and then a 2 km slog uphill back to Tremeirchion.

8.2 km in 50m 50 secs. I had to take a 'phone call during the run.

Did a bit of gardening this afternoon.

I took the blip on my run looking across the Vale of Clwyd. The hills in the distance are the Denbigh Moors and beyond them on a clear day you can see the peaks of Eyri (Snowdonia) mountains. To the far right is the North Wales coast, The Orme and Irish Sea.
