Eating the bird food.

I received an email from the people coming to replace my kitchen worktops and some doors in the hall, they want to  start on the 13th July, which is about a month earlier than we expected. We are going away next Thursday for a short holiday , which means they are coming 2 days after we return.  This also means I have to decorate the kitchen and hall before we go. A rush to B&Q today for paint and supplies. A busy week coming up.

The squirrel was sitting on my garden fence early this morning in the pouring rain before coming down to feast on the bird feed.
