Essex Eyes

My first Essex skipper of 2023. :) No doubt about it. Look at those inky antennae tips. I took lots of images but have chosen this as the 'eyelashes' can be seen clearly. Love it that we've got our own butterfly in Essex. Many of our young women like to make the most of their eyes using all sorts of techniques.
