Wild strawberries

Lots of wild strawberries in the front garden, deliciously sweet but very pippy. Maybe best left for the birds!

It seems that completion on the sale of the flat won't be any time soon. Our solicitor was hopeful that it was imminent, but it seems that the buyers decided yesterday that they want searches carried out. Sigh!

Very good to have a long chat with C, a friend from Wooler, on the phone today.
