Hot from the oven

I couldn't sleep this morning, so I got up early to pop the sourdough in the oven. It had been proving all night in the fridge and it had hardly risen at all. But, once it was in the oven it expanded and browned nicely.

(A white dough for a change, had to have 3 slices it was so good!)
