One Down

A day of transition, as I handed over management for two of my team to my young padawan who is now Head of Sustainability.

Had really good discussions with my young padawan either side of those meetings.

A bit of a plot twist at the end of the day as I got a phone call to say that an apprentice that was coming across to my team, had now changed their mind and no longer wanted to be in the team.  Quite a turn of events considering when I left on Wednesday she was really excited at the opportunity.  Don't know what's gone on, but that might leave her now with no job.

Today I am thankful for:
