fuzzy headed

This is the seed head of a Western salsify. It looks like a dandelion on steroids, both in flower form and like this.
Fuzzy headed is a term my mother used to employ to describe how she felt after having a migraine headache. Now I know what she means. It feels like my thoughts are caught in a tangled web and struggle to come out. I think this is a great visual for that feeling!
Fortunately, I feel fine today. It is a lovely, lazy, summer Saturday!
