Swallows

Climbed in the Monadhliath Mountains, met a herd of feral goats which I rarely come across in the hills. (Yesterday's Back Blip). Did Fort William parkrun and explored a trail in a local nature reserve afterwards. Both swallow parents were feeding the young in turns.
