Fighting Whooping Cranes

I just posted whooping cranes about a week ago fighting black neck stilts here.

Well, today at the La Chua Trail I had an awesome day. Gators, birds, you name it. Just a fantastic day, and was all set to blip a gator. Right until I caught these two whooping cranes fighting. They fascinate me because they are so endangered. Only 400 known to exist in the entire world!!! So, here they are again! Look large and you can see the transmitters and tags on their legs.

Also, please take a look at this dozen on Flickr. Some really good gator shots, a couple more of the cranes fighting. Male and female red winged blackbirds, etc...
