Black-headed Gulls

Sunshine and showers again today.  We had to seek refuge again from the rain this time in one of the shelters on the golf course.  Thankfully the shower was short lived and we were quickly on our way again.

Avian flu has returned and sadly, once again, hundreds of seabirds have died as a consequence in the past few weeks.  These black-headed gulls are fortunate, thus far, not to have succumbed to it.
