Family Dynamics

When I arrived at this osprey nest, the female was calling repeatedly, and two of the three chicks would peak out occasionally.  I decided to hang around, because I figured it would be feeding time at any moment.  Sure enough the male (on left) delivered a fish, which the female tore up (remnants on beak) and readied for the chicks.  Only one chick appears here because the nest is so large, they were behind the action.
