I like driving in my car..

... well I would if I had anything as sumptuous as this 1948 Bristol 400. Paintwork so deep you could float on it. The actual engine of this car was driven to victory by a young Stirling Moss in the 1951 British Empire Trophy Race.
Extras 1 & 2: A 1958 Chevrolet Corvette C1. Top speed 114mph (184kph) 0-60mph (0-96.5kph) in 8.2seconds. None too shabby considering it is so old. The downside is fuel consumption of 16mpg (6.8kpl) and questionable exhaust emissions.
These were on display at Westward Ho! seafront. I came across them by accident, having just finished my bike ride.
