Playing with the tree trunk

A sunny start to the day and the youngest had an easier sleep last night much to his parents relief.

We all went out to Marlborough for a picnic lunch by the river. I took Lucas to the playground while his brother was fed. We then headed into the town passing this very large tree trunk which also amused him for awhile. His main highlight l imagine would have been the visit to a very well stocked toy shop. It was difficult to get him out. He did have a few little presents to take home though. An enjoyable day out.
