Queen Anne's Lace

Monday was appointment Monday.  That is quite a lot of organising for me.  My physio was ok but I'm not really feeling the benefit.  The Orthopaedist was a lot better - I had an injection which helped pretty much immediately, I was prescribed some pain killing drops and in 2 weeks I'm off for a CT scan.

As usual, my local bus company did their best to <very bad word> my plans up.  That is a bit of a given.
