This building used to be a medical marijuana dispensary. Recreational marijuana became legal in Maryland on the first, and it immediately switched its green-text-on-white sign that said "Medical Marijuana" to this sign with higher contrast.

The parking lot is full. I'd never seen that many cars there before. Makes sense. Welcome aboard, Maryland.
