We bought a new garden feature and today I’m giving you a little taster.

There is a story behind it, when it arrived we noticed it was bent and the spot weld wasn’t holding, we got in touch with the seller and they offered a 50% refund but we decided we would rather return it and have a full refund. Imagine our surprise when they agreed to the refund and didn’t want us to return the item. How’s that for customer service.
