Love it or hate it

The new Culture Centre in my area is not finished, but has already created debate.  The facade is busy and shines too much during sunshine, not only for the closest neighbours, but also at long distance. 

Today it has been a cloudy day, and the facade is not too disturbing.
I'm in the group that "hate it". 

However, the inside will be very inviting with Norwegian wood and lots of natural light.
