Hoya

When I left for Elie on June 25th there wasn’t even the tiniest bud on my rather untidy looking Hoya plant. I returned home on July 2nd and the plant is weighed down with between 20 and 30 waxy looking flowers.

It is certainly not the easiest plant to photograph as most of the flowers tend to droop so the best photograph is often taken from below.

I go back to Elie tomorrow and by the time I come back the flowers will probably have dropped covering the window sill with masses of tiny withering flowers …… so the photo had to be taken today.
