Bad feather day

More wind today - even the birds were feeling the effects!  Did a few chores and a little shopping in the morning before lunch with ex-colleagues.  Always lovely to catch up with the ladies :)  

I've felt a bit out of sorts this afternoon........a bit ruffled like this chap!  A mixture of a few things I think but definitely not a good feeling.  I recognise and acknowledge it for what it is but hope I can pull things together quickly.
