I don't eat much bread because I have porridge for breakfast and a salad for lunch unless I'm out for the day, but this might change. I went searching for dark rye Polish bread in Asda, something they apparently haven't sold for a while, but then found this. It has no suspect ingredients, no sugar and it's scrumptious! 

This afternoon I've got to make a quiche for dinner, it was promised, and I'd also really like to be able to get the minutes typed up from last night's committee meeting, and the grass needs cutting. So I'd better get off my phone and start!
