Black Cat

Actually a Black Swallowtail Caterpillar chowing down on a fennel plant. Caterpillars are everywhere in the yard. They're making short work of the fennel, giant parsley and pond milkweed! Thankfully, as fast as they denude their favorites, the plants quickly put out new leaves! It's a 'race' to the finish!
