Not many people were on the beach today.

I went to a meeting of our borough Dementia Action Group this morning. Our poor coordinator had just come back from Japan as part of her PhD research. She was there for 9 days and had to self-isolate for 6 days, as she caught covid.

Next I indulged in some shopping in the market  (me shopping???). Then a trip to the Maritime Museum. Finally, it was DLR and train home. An unusually busy day for me. Fortunately,  Mrs S found some wine in the fridge.
