The French Chef

32 croissants (some plain some chocolate)
16 eggs
A load of butter
1.5 pints of milk
And a few bits more

Bread and butter pudding to feed 50 hungry swimmers. Oh and some warm custard, or just whipped cream.

A fair bit of running around and back to SC for a rare treat; to work the BBQ. We fed about 100 people. The French chef gets drafted in to cook the steaks. I want to do an apprenticeship now!
