Morning Exercise

I’d gone for a swim first thing then rewarded myself with a Gregg’s bacon roll and sat in the local park.

This lady had her phone in front of her and was following an exercise routine in the children’s playground. I was thinking that this may be the start of an occasional series on park life.

Work was distracted by the cricket and tennis. Hacks off to Liam Broady, who pulled off the win of his life.
