Young Fallow Deer

I planted the remaining plants into the borders, which have been cleared; I will need more for the very large border, but that may have to wait until next spring.
 
Today’s picture is of one of our many Fallow Deer. The extra is my 2024 diary which arrived today; I already have appointments for 2024.
