All Systems Go (well nearly).

Hello Everyone,

The hospital visit went well this morning… I got the go ahead to start training on a static bike immediately and advised that I can start exercising in a swimming pool. So, very good news indeed. 

As I have my other operation next Monday even though it is all systems go, I will need to wait a couple of weeks to start. 

I have now started to find some of my cycling clothing…
